A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it’s available. By pre-ordering the product you are reserving it so that you will receive the product once it has been made available for purchase. The delivery from the date shown under the product
To ensure all our pre-order sales are fair, we limit the number of orders you can make to one item per household.
If you are ordering a pre-order product with an in-stock product, your order will ship when the pre-order product becomes available. If you want to receive your non-pre-ordered products as soon as possible, we strongly recommend ordering them separat
Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
Once you’ve finalised your order you’ll receive an email confirming that it has been received. If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, make sure to contact us.
We're unable to make any amendments to your order once it has been placed - this includes the delivery address. If you need to make any changes to your order, please cancel your order by contacting us, and place a new one.
No. We'll let you know if there are any delays with your order, otherwise, you'll be notified once your pre-order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. If an item in your order has been affected by a delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Your order will normally be dispatched just before the delivery from the date (which can be found on the product page), which means you’ll receive your product on or very shortly after the actual start date.
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it is shipped. If you need to cancel your pre-order, please contact us quoting your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.
Yes - pre-orders can be returned in the same way as any other order. Please see our section on Returns for more information.
