How do I return my order via InPost Lockers?Updated a year ago
Once your return has been approved, follow the below steps to return your order using your local InPost Locker
- Securely package all the returned items (you can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer). Please note, it is one parcel per compartment. If you have multiple items for an order being returns, please package them together.
- No printer required, create a QR code using the link we provide you.
- Take your parcel to any InPost locker - click here to find your closest InPost Locker, open 24/7.
- On the locker screen, select ‘Send a Parcel’ then scan the QR code using your smartphone and follow the instructions on the screen. Put your parcel inside the locker compartment and close the door. You can track your parcel here.
Add your tracking reference back to this page. Select CityLink as the courier.
You will receive an email as soon as we received your items.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the Returns Reference has been issued, you should return the item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we approved the return request. It is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage.
